So, what should I do? I can engage the nearby sentinel, might stand a chance at killing him. Or I can move north to try and fight all those northern forces. Or ignore the northern forces in order to smash one of the doors.

Soly's plan seems to stop caring where anyone except Felicia, Tyrn and Diana are after Turn 2, so... I dunno.

Well, my general strategy consisted of everyone going to back up those two while some other people cover the south, but some people are making it hard, so iunno wat do.

Split the group in two, one covers the chests and the other defends Kuimer or stop caring for loot and turtle everyone?

I suggest Tyrn lead the attack on the thief because he's neither doubled by the thief and only takes one damage.
