If she unlocks the doors (two of them, that is) in her way, we can't get all of the treasure because we hit the time limit.

Ursa would have to run ahead of Felicia, sacking the doors down. Thankfully he has as much MOV as she does now, otherwise we'd be doomed to failure.

Couldn't Ursa also do Rescue shenanigans? Like after Felicia picks up a chest, he can pick her up and run off, then next turn run some more and drop her? Or would that actually take up more time due to her not being able to act after being dropped?

If you're sugesting a daisy chain we don't even need Ursa for that. Kuimer is the heavy one.

I don't think that would work. Both because Felicia wouldn't be able to do anything after getting dropped, and because picking Felicia up would end Ursa's turn. Rescue shenanigans only really work with mounted units.

Basically, if we want to loot then Ursa would need to beeline for the wooden door, smash it, and then take off towards one of the metal doors to smash it. Felicia would need to be following along every step of the way, and neither of them could afford to be held up by enemies. So it's not like we could just send the two of them alone, they'd need protection/meatshields.

Ursa doesn't need to smash the metal door to allow us to get all of the loot in time. Just the wooden one.

Okay, so at least he'd be free to help guard Felicia. That's a plus.
