No you don't. You only did 15 damage last turn, the guy actually does have 16 HP left. You leave him with 1 HP as opposed to if you attack the Merc after Tyrn does, where you also autohit and kill him.

I know, Blade messed up. The damage I dealt in the combat quote was 19 but the damage he listed in the HP spoiler only deducted 15.

Not unless Ursa is up. I goofed a little on your damage calculations because at first I'd forgotten that Ursa was down and you don't get his Support Bonuses. So I made a minor error or two.

They're fixed now though, and I assure you you can't kill the pirate without a crit.
