Enoch, thankfully, has a wonderful reason as to why he's gonna ignore the spy: asshats on the other side of the wall have been chucking javelins at him and have been putting him through a horrible hell of burning pain and the beginning process of exsanguination.

He's gonna go enjoy himself once he finds the first bloke with a javelin on the other side of the wall that he sees. That happens to be the boss.

Actually, I read it again, and the flavor text of the boss seemed to indicate Felicia is on Diana/Wilfort extermination duty, not Diana-needs-to-recruit-her duty.

So, yeah. Best scenario I can come up with for not killing Felicia is to down her, 'rescue' her, and interrogate her while on the boat.
