If I understand the divine weapons right, it would be. But also a hack and hammer weapon. Which depends on the user, and from the sounds of it, which rank S the user has in said sub-category determines what the user can shift the weapon into.

So if you wanna Hack-y Gram, you need S rank in Hack, from my understanding.

Gram has no Hammer form, the same way Allondight has no Side form, Brahmastra has no Crossbow form, and Ascalon has no Polearm form.

Of course, you wouldn't have known about that last one.
