Oscar moves in, shoots the merc

The good part about this is if they want to keep healing, it's going to require multiple of them to retreat, and hopefully will allow us to do some EP damage that'll then allow us to actually murder some people next EP. It also lets us control where enemies are going, and will allow us to still heal Ursa in time. Obviously on the other side, we keep Otiros up through the EP and start reviving other people as well. Thoughts?

Take Brann's vuln and heal Enoch. Sorry, things got switched up and I realized that if Brann goes down, we don't want to lose his supply of vulns. So take the full set of vulns from Brann and heal Enoch.
