Ok. Lucas blasts the archer, Ciel moves into the archer's old spot, heals Diana. Oscar comes down, shoots the archer. That way, next turn, Ciel can rescue Freya and we can start actually attacking people. Ursa moves around obviously. Down below, Tyrn can rescue Jago, Enoch can move down, use a vuln on himself after trading for one from Tyrn, then Otrios can move down and take Jago from Tyrn and drop him. Enoch can take a hit from the Elite Archer, and next turn, he can retreat and Otrios can take his place and we can worry about Brann later. Thoughts?

Yes, it's true, a bad poison could ruin everything, but I don't see a better option, do you?

Edit: He does 19 damage, you'll have 24 HP, so it'll need to be a 5 or a 6 to kill you, which isn't great odds, but...

I just wanted to make sure that doesn't blind side anyone, would feel bad if a strange quirk of my character caused a (massive) failure.

No, the issue is there just isn't really a "good" option right now. If you guys retreat, they just pass us. If we don't do anything, they continue along their merry way to attack our failing company on the left.
