Yes, well. Actually... I think we want to send Ciel back up around this turn. We can rez people with vulns just fine, but the people on the other side don't have a lot of vulns. She can get to Wilf in time to heal him, and Diana and the others might be able to last... the other option would be to retreat but that leaves Freya stranded. We also might want to have Diana use a vuln this phase and revive Freya next phase. Only risk there is us losing the vuln if she gets downed.

Ok. Plan time.

Enoch blasts the soldier, effective damage means 22 damage.
Otrios shoots the dude, PS means +2 damage, means 8 total damage, means a fallen lancer.
Brann moves into his spot, attacks the medic, kills on his double (11 damage twice with the slim sword)
Ciel starts heading up and around or heals Jago depending on personal preference I suppose. (probably better to head up though)
Ursa moves down to 1 below Brann, can throw hand axe at the merc, low chance of hitting but better than nothing. Alternatively, he can move to where Ciel was and vuln Jago.
Oscar moves to where Brann was, shoots the merc that's by Freya.

If Oscar kills either through crit or adept
Lucas moves down and over, vulns Diana
Diana takes the vuln from Lucas, heals Freya.

If Oscar doesn't kill
Lucas moves down and over, kills the merc
Diana moves up and over one, rescues Freya
Thoughts?

Actually, take your time guys.  My video card appears to have shit itself so I can't see what I'm doing on my desktop. Issue will be resolved by Saturday night at the latest. Since if it persists through then I'll buy a fucking new one.

Thoughts on plan? By leaving Freya down, it limits the amount of attacks that people can take. But, by leaving Lucas where he'd end up, it increases those numbers again I guess. I dunno. I think this is probably the best way to do this? Diana will probably survive, and then she can heal Freya next turn. Ugh, I wish we had horses right now. Oscar being able to have his full move would be nice.

I'm waiting on someone with better tactical sense like Xanmyral to say something about it. Tactics aren't my forte. @_@;

Fair enough I guess. There's just... not much we can do. I suppose if the merc dies, Diana can retreat and rescue Freya instead of leaving her on the ground. Delay the counter or something. That leaves her open for attacks buuuut also opens up a place that the archers can snipe. Yeah, gonna edit that actually.

Sorry for being disappointing. It's just, to me... that plan could have a 0.001% chance of success or a 100% chance of success and I wouldn't be able to tell either way. XD

I haven't even had a chance to check the IC thread yet, so I can't offer thoughts.

Ugh maybe it would just be better for Lucas and Diana to retreat. It means stranding wilfort and Freya but they're both hurt so retreating and using vulns  might be the best option. Maybe have Lucas retreat and use nosferatu on the merc and then have Diana retreat next to him and use a vuln while making him equip flux again.  That allows our archers to take potshots at the people who come to attack them which makes it more likely we can rescue Freya in time.

Also for future indoor maps it's be great if our riders could actually have their horses since being indoors doesn't affect that in actual fe games and it strips them of some of their best utility if they don't get their horses. It completely removes oscar's skill and Freya would have actually been able to use a vuln last turn for instance.

Spoiler: modified plan (click to show/hide)

My alternative plan was having a ranged guy kill the merc, then I move down so Diana can move up and get my vuln. Meanwhile Ciel uses all her move to reach Wilfort in 3 turns. The others should go around to kill the ones that are behind.
The more we hold, the more enemies Beltana will kill.
I didn't post this before because myah.

See my edited post. I think this gives the best chance at survival? It comes with the decent chance that you'll miss, since you'll have like... a 60 hit rate against the dude, so if you think it'd be better to instead use a vuln, that could work, but then you and Diana would be out of vulns.

Wilfort has vulneraries.
Here goes: if Oscar can kill the merc, I move down one, use a vuln to survive an arrow, Diana moves up, grabs my vuln, uses it on Wilfort and grabs his vuln. Or not. Wilfort will probably survive next round so he passes his vuln and we can hopefully set up the defense again.

Ok, so here's the issue. Oscar can't actually kill the dude without a crit or an adept proc. I think that you guys retreating is the safer option. It'll allow for archer sniping and also both of you to heal.
