Edit: ok guys, time to formulate a strategy.
Since most of our ranged guys are on the other side, here's something: the best tanking spots are (26,9) and (27,8). Freya and Diana should end up there. They can only get attacked by 1 melee guy and 2 ranged.
All of our ranged guys at the right group can attack the enemies through the wall, while Tyrn or Ursa tank the small corridor.
Ceil should start heading up to the left group.

Right now Diana and Freya should put themselves at (27,11) and (28,11) so they cover Wilfort and me. We can head back further the next turn.
