"Look. Bro ain't saying it was nobles. But it was nobles."

Also XD. Tomorrow I'm going to be busy hauling wood for my grandfather so I'm not sure when I'll get back and be available. We'll see. :X

I think the most hilarious thing is that, of the FEF's I know (FEF, FEF II, FEF NoH, etc), that statement isn't false.

Hell, GoR has a puppet king being controlled by undead (or so it's insinuated). Nobles are literally the worst thing you can have. Just ask any dwarf fortress, right? :P

Fact: nobility brings nothing but trouble. Diana should abandon divine mandate and spread democracy.

Man, coming up with all these dudes for NE2 makes me want to run one of these so I can use some of my characters as NPCs. *shakes head* Bad me. You have enough things on your plate.

@Blade: Not going to happen. I'mma seize all five countries and bring about the rule of Empress Diana I.  Then I'mma put Jago in charge of Ulfijan, Brann in charge of Worus, Lucas in charge of Osngaria, Kale in charge of Exsten, keep Ursa for myself, let the others decide where they want to go, and proxy rule the whole damn world. And it shall be a glorious libertarian empire. :3

i'm not entirely sure how serious i am with this post

@Swordstar: Maybe someday though, right? ^^^

Maybe some day. We'll see. I dunno. I'd feel more comfortable having a character and like... running the numbers for someone else's plot before I considered making my own.

@Swordstar: Who knows! I may need some help fleshing out some of the countries in my game. Also, I may well be trying to avert the nobles are bad deal over on my end :P

Well, if you want someone to do the calcs and run the maps and such, feel free to poke me. I'd also be willing to run some NPCs while I did so.

@Crimson: I'll be honest that I've no idea how that will go down in my eventual due to my 'make it up as I go along while following a general idea' strategy that I usually adhere to. May reinforce 'nobles are bad' or try to avert it, dunno.

Hard to plan things too far ahead with players and that I tend to have a 'well, why can't they do that' attitude with GMing.

Oh, a thing I'd been considering for a future FEF. With dice rolling. It seems like most people either do 1 die for hit and 1 for crit. What would people think about using 2 RNs for hit and 1 for crit? It's how most FE games do it apparently, with getting an average of the first two. It allows for a slightly better chance to hit (for both enemies and PCs) and just in general would likely speed up the battles a bit. I dunno, thoughts?

Using the average of two numbers for hit is one of the things most people don't like about the game. It's basically lying to you about your chances. 1% becomes 0,01%

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.
