Hmm.. what would be the limit for crit rate on a personal skill again? Like giving a boost on crit rate using a specific weapon category.

@PS: Uh, I think it's 10 for a personal skill IIRC.

It's really up to the GM, but I think 10 is default. Maybe if it only triggered in rare circumstances, it could get a bigger boost.
