But really I guess my better options include healing Jago, or Brann again, or maybe even Enoch, but probably one of the former.

What is the SPD difference between people to double attack? I thought it was 4.

Well as far as I know, AS=SPD unless their weapon is too heavy. But yeah, AS difference must be >=4 to double.
