Okay.
Point: I already established that it is literally just a laser pointer. Does not use charge.
Pew:  First attack setting, fires one laser blast. 5 charge used.
Pew, pew, pew:  Second attack setting, fires three blasts. 15 charge used.
Discharge:  Unloads the rest of the charge, fires one giant blat with a random effect. All current charge used.
Level:  Die:  Fires dice (Dice equal to half the users lowest stat. Or whatever Scap decides.) that then flies at the target and hits them for the amount shown on the dice and has a random effect. Requires full charge.

<Thats a part of the problem. When she starts getting laughed at or taunted, she doesn't fight back because shes shy. She thinks it'll just get worse. Thats partially what happened at the restraunt, she felt she was being taunted so she clammed up and tried to ignore it... with limited success. You, Me, Angel, everyone in this group has given her hope that there maybe a chance for her to change... though i doubt she'll ever stop blushing around you, Hehehe!>
