"I... your right... if i can't trust you now, how will I trust you later? *sigh* Maybe i'll let you feel them later... much later... but not right now." Conny gives Kyle a seductive wink. (I'm creeping myself out now... geez)

"The Causativus built this and the Krigs, be thankful that only the Krigs are here, the logs of the Causativus do not paint them as very nice."

"That offers a new question, if they were smart enough to have built a whole new race, where did they go?"

"I don't know, but the logs end just before the extinction of the dinosaurs, so I can guess at a likely cause."

Two people land in front of the pack. They are both Layars, female and are wearing the same style of combat armour and lack helmets, however one is in red and the other is in blue. The red one has red long flowing hair, brown scales and steel grey eyes. The blue has blonde hair, grey scales and blue eyes.

"Look at what we have here?" the one in red start "Some rats in a hole."

The footfalls behind you clue in about two more behind you, one in yellow combat armour and one in green. They are male Layars with the one in yellow having blue hair, brown scales and red eyes. The green one has black scales, brown hair and brown eyes.

"Shame, I had hope this recon would be quick."(black glow to help white backgrounds) the yellow one started "..." the green doesn't talk.

Combat hasn't start yet.

((Quick retcon first, concerning Ghost's statement to Matt to apologise to Selina))

Matt wondered how he could have been forgiven so easily, but he nodded slightly all the same.

((Aaaaand now the present.))

Matt looked at the first two that landed. ''Red oni, blue oni? Or the power rangers?'' It wasn't good that they were surrounded but when he thought about it, these 4 were in a bad position, besides their physical position.
A scouting group of 4 against a combat group of 8 (assuming Ash and her two make 3 and no Silver...), plus military personnel. Matt put his hand out to the soldiers in a stopping gesture. ''Don't engage yet.''
He looked back now at the male Layars. ''Two things. One, I'm REALLY disliking all these references to rodents to us. Two, why do you want this war?''

"Soldiers do not choose their battles,-" he stamp the ground, causing Kyle to be flip back into the center of the room by a column of earth busting out of the ground "It rude to leave without saying anything."

"It not just us who called you rats." Jack clime in "It true, rats is more or less a racial slur toward humans."

''Oh... well... in that case carry on... Alright, I'll rephrase my question. Why do your higher up want this war?'' Matt noted how the red lass went from calling them rats derogatorily to defending that humans are generally called that.

"It's rude to leave without saying anything? How about this,"
Kyle lifts the green one into the air.
"Touch me or any of my friends again and I will break your your toes starting on your left foots pinky toe going over to your right foot then I will do the same to your fingers; next your arms and legs will be broken and then I'll crush your ribcage. Then I'll start cutting of your extremities in the same order before I cut off your ears and nose and then slash your eyes. You savvy?"

"Disregard my ally. He is...not quite himself.

Very simply put, let us pass. We will not leave without achieving our goal. If we have to, we will fight and we will not let up until you die or plead surrender, in which case we shall be merciful.

Or you can leave peacefully and not force our hand."

"We are quite aware of what we said and are quite serious. I do not make threats I don't keep and I most certainly do not like being touched by people outside of my friendzone."
