"So, where are we going to go?" Conny does that arms together behind the back pose, usually done with a skirt on but has a similar affect in the jeans she's wearing.

"That mostly depends on what you want to do. There's a Chinese buffet right down this alley, a pizza shop over to the right, and a burger place about a block away."

"Hm. I could call a friend of mine, he could recommend some places up here, I haven't been to the city in a while so I don't remember the area much."

"Ooo! Pizza! Lets go there!" Conny takes Kyle's hand and waits for him to lead. (she knows something about him atleast, Kyle is the in-control kind of guy... i think...)
"O-okay... a-ask about nice... restruants maybe...?" Suddenly, Selina's phone vibrates as it gets a text.

-Mom, Topic: House.

"I just looked at a news feed for our town and
apparently our house has been blown up by Magic people?
What happened and where are you staying?
Also, this whole alien invasion thing doesn't
seem real at all, so don't worry about it. These
alleged magic people showing up everywhere,
thats just crazy. Magic isn't real. Please call soon."

"Uh.. its.. its my Mom... I... I don't think I should... should reply till... till after the meeting with... with the president..." Selina looks a really nervous about something. (OOC knowledge, Selina's mom is Homophobic, especially girls as they should be respectable. Her mom also doesn't know that she likes girls. You see the big problems this will later cause?)

Maria was thinking of what to do next.

Kyle leads the way through the alley waving to some thugs in dark corners like he's known them his whole life. The couple arrive at their destination. Mario's pizzeria.
"Not much to look at but the pizza here is great."
Walking in he waves at the man behind the counter and shouts,
"Hey Mario!"

(Alistair is still here so executing the date would be awkward... extremely.)

Selina glances around before seeing a Thai Curry shop nearby.

"M-maybe... we could get something there...?" (Fun fact, curry is one of the few asian foods my stomach can handle... i also like it spicy to the point where most people just drank a pitcher of water after a bite... and so does Selina)
"Hello Mario!" Conny is brimming with confidence about the date, trusting Kyle knows what he's doing. (knowledgable about math and history, stinks at identifying human thugs)

"Sorry, I can't really stomach curry. I don't have a high tolerance for spicy foods. Perhaps a Chinese resturant? Ali, do you mind going anywhere?"

"I'm fine with whatever place you choose, sis."

"O-okay... you can decide. I-I don't mind." Selona gives Maria a quick smile to show shes okay with whatever she picks.

Kyle walks up to the counter.
"Hey, what do ya want?"
The man named Mario says sporting an Italian accent.
"I'll have a bacon and pineapple personal pizza and my lady friend here will have..."
Kyle turns to Conny expectantly.

"I would like a personal cheese pizza please." Conny says to the man in overalls. (hehe reference made even more)

Mario nods.
"Okay, it'll be right out. You can-a sit where ever there is space."
Kyle nods and leads the two over to a booth in the corner.
"So, what do you think of this venture so far?"

"This place is really big! And theres so many people around all the time. Its a nice experience... i just wish it wasn't so noisy sometimes." Conny clearly likes the capital.

"I actually haven't been here for a while. It's a nice change of pace."
Kyle looks out the nearby window and watches a pigeon land on a phone line.
"It's actually somewhat amazing that people could make places like this. So, what have you liked best so far?"
