Matt's a little stunned, and not happy at all. He tensed with his reply: ''W-well, I am Matt, b-but I think me a-and Selina are closer to acquaintances. Who are you, i-if you don't mind me asking?''

"None of your business, I have more important things to do.

Listen, I tried calling your girlfriends and they didn't listen to me. I have a message for you and your friends. The army's close. Me and my gang tried to fight them, and we lost some of ours. I've decided that the most prudent thing to do is to help you fight. So, listen to this; watch for the horn. Yeah, you got me? Watch for the horn.

And by the way, since I know you don't have this, here's Maria's number and address. Cheers mate.

And good luck with both of them, and your mission. I've got to go, I can see your friend coming."

The stranger pressed a card with the above details into Matt's hands, looked up, sheathed his sword, and ran.

Selina's cell phone blinks with a message, but Selina doesn't notice it as she continues to muster her courage.

"I... I slept well... um... c-can i... can i ask you something...?"

Kyle walks up and watches the guy run away.
"You ready to go?"
Kyle says still watching the guy run.

Maria shrugs, eating her pizza.
"Sure, ask away."

Alistair chooses the moment to appear!
"Morning, big sis! Morning, other big sis! Morning, Connie!"
He smiled cheerfully.

Matt stood there, relieved that the guy was not an enemy, but was left with the distinct and INCREDIBLY annoying feeling that everyone knew more than him; both on the bigger picture and his personal life. He was left blushing and looking down from the girlfriends comment, and... both of them?
Matt put away the card for now. Atleast he had something to say to the group, though rather annoyingly, it wasn't his own findings. Matt leaned against the door, watching the figure of Kyle approach him, though he'll be damned if he can't finish his breakfast first.

(ninja'd, continuing:)

''In a sec, g-got my breakfast to eat.'' Matt said, before adding: ''You're welcome to something yourself a-and stuff... don't suppose you have my phone, do you?''

Kyle reaches into his pocket and pulls out Matt's phone.
"Is this it?"

''Nyeheheeesss, it is!'' Matt said, a rare show of character from him, and he quickly hunches up a bit. ''Ehm... well... anyways, c-coffee, tea?'' Matt offered, holding his phone, checking it over for any damage Gintama may have done. Considering the electric storms he put out yesterday, Matt was a little surprised to see it working.

"Heh. So he's the legendary Gintama. I thought he'd be....less sober.

Even so, I need them to listen to me. I can't show myself truly right now, not without the cover of battle. It can't be risked. Not when so much is at stake.

None of them can afford to be distracted by MY side of the story anyway. Not yet."
The stranger smirked, before disappearing into an alleyway and into another suburb, heading to the city alone.

"No thanks, I make it a point to eat breakfast after 12 o'clock."

''... THANKYOU! My mom keeps yelling it into me to have breakfast in the mornings... lucky for her, she loves mornings, but I get my dad's genes. Mornings are for people with energy, he always says.'' Matt smiled, letting Kyle in while Matt could enjoy his breakfast. ''Uhm... sorry the place may look a little weird. My dad's a woodcarver, and he tends to... well... leave his work lying around.''

(I'll be back in a bit, eating my own dinner.)

 "Oh... h-hi... Alistair... I... uh... need to... to talk to... your... your sister..." Conny blushes even more before grabbing Maria's arm and taking her back to her room. Mustering all of her courage, Selina blurted it out all in one go.

"Willyougooutwithme!" Selina blushes and turns away after saying her piece, waiting for an answer.

Meanwhile...

"*Yawn* Hello Alistair, how ya doing? And be careful not to wake up Angel, shes such a cute little angel." Conny giggles at her pun.

"It's okay. I'll just sit on the couch."
And with that Kyle sits gently on the couch.

"I-I'm sorry?"
Maria is deeply confused about what Selina said.

"Don't worry, I won't.

What's that about? Does Selina want to go out with my sister?"

Alistair tilted his head as he took out a bowl and cereal, pouring cereal and milk in the bowl.

Selina manages to say it again, but only barely.

"W-will y-y-you... g-go out... w-with... m-m-me...?"
"Probably, have any good dreams?"
