''You bet your ass it is, minor!'' Gintama smiles at Kyle, which turns into a more devious one turning to Conny. ''Oh, sure like, I need any help. The only damage I took was from the same people I came to save. But hey, it's not like you would leave me to die, as losing me is losing dear Matt you seem to actually care for.'' Gintama slowly flew up to her, face to face, smiling the whole time. ''Or is that a lie too, fairy?'' He took a second's silence. ''Don't worry, I'll be sure to not embarrass you by having the mighty Gintama save your ass next time.''

*sigh* "Fine you annoying drunk, i won't try to knock you senseless. And keep the language down, we have kids here remember?" Conny puts the debris back and continues looking for Alistair.

"Gin how about you just leave me with the gin and Tabella. While you and our ambassadors go to the capital and do things."

"Since when did we agree to leave her with you... And you are not getting drunk if your taking care of our prisoner!"

"...I-If our friend doesn't... Doesn't mind... I should start picking... Picking off the glass..." Selina is hesitant to start without their silent compadre's consent.

"I'm Miranda, your local vigilante crimefighter."

Miranda makes a sweeping bow, grinning happily.

"Nice to meet you all. And thanks for saving my arse."

She heads over to Tabella and starts picking glass out of her.

"Alien invasion, huh? Looks like I should watch the news more."

"As I have caused this, so must I make amends. I apologise for harming you all, but I needed to bring an end to the fight."

Anima seemed sorrowful and close to tears, before waving her staff in an elegant manner.

"Come forth, Hestia the Hearthmaiden."

A blue fire formed and a little girl in a white tunic, adorned with gilding and jewellery appeared. Her eyes seemed to be giving off warmth and fire.

"I am Hestia. What is required of me, Mistress?"
'Heal my allies, O Hearthmaiden."
"As you wish."

Hestia summoned up a fire about as tall as herself, which seemed to warm the wounded. It then began to remove the glass from their wounds, and healed them.

Anima seemed apologetic.
"I did not see a way to end a fight that did not require that, not without more harm coming. For that, I am sorry."

She then turned to Gintama, and her voice turned from apologetic to furious.
"Silence, drunkard. Thank the gods I am willing to even tolerate you, let alone heal your wounds. Your heroism does not balance the sheer disgusting behaviour you have. You will not listen to this, but I will say it anyway. You are fortunate I even consider you a grudging ally, let alone a battlebrother!"
"....sis?"

Alistair reappeared, covered in dust and disheveled, but alive. He seemed to smell of ozone.

"E-everything turned out... Turned out okay so... No... No biggie..." Selina looks relieved that everyone will be alright.

"Alistair! Are you okay? Nothing too scary?"

(and i sleep because i'm tired. See you in... 6-7 hours.)

"I heard a lot of explosions....things going down...one of them nearly hit me, but-"
"Little brother, I am only glad that you survived. I will not ask how, but I am glad."

Anima floated across to her little brother and hugged him as tightly as she could. It seemed that Maria and Anima both agreed on something apart from mutual hatred for Gintama.

"I hope you are not too badly hurt, my brother."
"I'm not hurt, sis, that's the point! Some large monster tried to eat me. I was scared, but suddenly, out of nowhere, a black winged unicorn came in and struck it with lightning! The monster turned to paint and the unicorn flew off, just like that! It was scary, but the unicorn was awesome!"
"Black...winged....unicorn?"
Anima let her brother go, ruminating on this for a couple of moments.

"General Telum, Captain of the Vanguards, ordered me to. It is the normal t-tactics, scout out the area and soften the defenses." Tabella look as best she can at the sash. "No, actually it's k-kind of loose."

At the talk of treatment she speak up again "W-we Layars are actually not that different from human on the inside. The only ones I remember it that we are cold blooded, nearly everyone is born magic capable and we have scales, P-probable because ours p-planet are quite similar to earth."

''Ah, my dear Anima!'' Gintama takes a sip of his gin. ''You must be more innocent and naïve than I credited you for, not like you're the first to mistake it today. I'm not even tipsy today! If I was in my drunken mood, I wouldn't have been using lightning attacks. If I remained in this mood but was still drunk, I'd be short circuiting and hurting myself. As it stands, I was in the mood for saving your arses. Last I checked, I believe Matt decided to transform the moment you, specifically, got hurt. Even he saw that only the mighty Gintama could ensure your safety. But that's the level of true greatness!'' Gintama took on a heroic pose that, if anyone else did it, would have meant so mockingly. ''No need for the ones being saves to recognise it, but it was by a great!'' A gleam in his eye, he was a lost cause in his delusion, that much was clear.

Anima merely ignored him. She turned to Tabella.

"Tell us everything."

"Gintama, please stop your scaring her. Also you should expect me to pester you about getting Hestia's autograph when we don't have things to do."
