((No exposition, just Matt keeping an eye on the group with a portal of sight before heading off to spar. I just wanted to post ))

''Hoh boy...'' George quietly backed away from the portal of sight.
''...'' Matt was somewhat following, but kept his eyes and ears fixed on it. ''Do you do this all the time... like... look on others?''
''Eh... when I'm bored.'' George quickly left to get some food as Matt watched on. He'd forgotten how rowdy the lot were. This new girl was interesting but felt bad news to Matt.
''Ok, food!'' George brought in a selection of French cuisine finely made. ''Anything new happen?''
''No... makes me wish I liked soaps...'' George gave a laugh.
''How do you think that mother would take the fact that her daughter's part of your little harem?'' He smiled.
''Please don't... refer to it as such...''
''Wot wot? Why not? It is that isn't it?''
''Well... probably more Maria's but... it just sounds... less than it is.'' Matt tried to get his words.
''Fair enough. All the same, we've got an indeterminate amount of time here. You're not just going to watch this are you?''
''No...'' Matt got up, not leaving the room. ''I need to practice in my magical form so that I am ready when I am needed.'' Lightning sparked around him which soon turned into a blinding set of flashes before Gintama appeared. Something was different, though. It didn't look like Gintama, but more like a grown up Matt with blue eyes.
''Good start! You're in a good enough frame of mind to remain lucid!'' George applauded.
''Yes well... I am still Gintama!'' Gintama sparked lightning around him, reforming the barrier used when fighting Amy. ''And Gintama needs to be stronger so that the enemy focuses away from Gintama's friends!'' He looked at George as if waiting for something to be produced that he could pound.
''That's all and well, but this is a pub. I don't have anything for you to practice on.'' Gintama cocked his head, examining George.
''That's a lie!''
''Ah, yes it is. Follow me into the cellar!'' George began walking away. Gintama followed, though the portal of sight also followed.

Once they reached the cellar, Gintama found it to be huge and with a massive hold. On the other side was a ghost, someone who looked familiar...
''Grandad?''
''Nyes, when the Robson family member dies, they come here, if they wish. I charge up their souls to be properly lucid, and they get to do what they want. Your granddad's magical form was a barrier user, a great defender. Your great grandma, here, was a lightning user like yourself.'' Gintama noted a power shifting from George to the two in question, and soon the ghosts had a physical form. They both smiled at him, a sense of pride of their offspring. ''They will be your sparring partners. Hit your granddad for attacks and defend yourself from your great grandma! Have fun!''
With that, George left them to it as Gintama practiced his lightning barriers and close quarter lightning attacks, whilst keeping an eye on proceedings with the group.

"Because the CIA chick called her a ***** homosexual and threatened us."

"... Scratch that, Kyle, you may continue as long as you want. It's amusing." She covertly allows him control of his hand again, her eyes slipping shut.

"Her alter-ego specifically?"

"It was a blanket statement. Also the CIA chick is our friends mother and she is homophobic. Her daughter, our friend, is a homosexual."

"That sounds like something from a so...wait. Blanket statement encompassing whom?"

"The people in the room with her. Namely, me, Selina, Yuri slash Demons run our host, Nuriel slash Angel, Maria who is Selina's lesbian lover, and one of Maria's friends."

"She said that about Angie? ...Put me on the phone with this woman."

"Okay."
Kyle puts the phone on speaker and sets it next to the other phones.
"Okay you can talk."

"Excuse me, ma'am. I am *static* Carlson. Are you aware that you just called my daughter a ***** homosexual?"

Angel's mother joined the shouting match, rekindling it. Mr. Brennen yelled as well, trying futilely to be heard.
