A spark crackled around Matt's face. ''So... you're turning down the opportunity to create a massive bonfire without rattling anyone's cages just to have a fistfight with someone? Sounds pathetic to me.''

Kyle gives Matt an I apogize look before signalling Marks to hold on for a second.
"Nuriel, if you be good I'll let you do whatever you want to me and Matt for half an hour after this."
Kyle finishes with a grimace.

"Seeing as Matt isn't you, both in interest and in especially control over him, I'm not interesting. ...Doesn't help that Angel would probably interrupt, and while that would be hilarious, I don't think she'd let me out for anything short of the main Layar army."

"And we're not even dwelling into people like Caligula. That jackass declared war on Poseidon."

"First-rate comedy. Did you hear about the platoon he forced to march into the ocean?"

"A air user? Guess I found my next meal." (14+5) Kyle feels a killing intent and dodges a steel beam that would of removed his heart.

''Shi-... I know you from the news and internet!'' Matt pointed with his sword (yeah, he got given one of those too.). ''Amy Hart, mass murderer, the crazy cannibal that apparently, is not crazy. 10 years of murders and crime before being caught. Where the heck did you get powers?'' Matt divulged his information.

Abraxas prepared to lob a void barrage at the newcomer, while Anima glared at her.
"State your purpose, murderer. I am less inclined to spare you now that I know that you kill innocents."

"Does this mean I can burn her without everyone yelling at me and grabbing me?"

"We need to run, she far more powerful then us."

"Give it too her and you can feel my wings Kyle!"

Selina, through her tears, gets an idea. She quickly takes the sword and puts a cut on her finger. She then puts some blood on the tip of her pencil and draws a heart in her own blood. Taking it out, she infuses her own magic into it and sticks it into Gintama, using her own lifeforce and magic to bring him back. (Sacing half of my maxhp to do this, giving it to Gintama and Matt.)

If it works- Selina feels herself  very weak as Gintama's chest heals and life comes back to his face.
Fine, forget this post scap. killing off players for your amusement.

Anima, in her heart of hearts knowing it's futile, but willing to try anything to alter what had happened, summoned Hestia.
"Mistress, I-"
"Heal him."
"But-"
"Heal him. Now."

Hestia could tell that Anima was dead set on trying. She knew, as an old friend of hers, what she had gone through for the last person she loved as much.

And her anger when it hadn't worked.


Hestia summoned a hearth, chanted, did everything in her power to heal a corpse.

Kyle doesn't turn around.

Selina gets the urge to draw out the portal and pull something out. She focuses as much as she can, and manages to form the portal. she sticks her hand in and pulls Gintama out with all her might.

"What! no...no...no!"

"What do you want you monster." connys voice is full of malice.

"First off, my condoles for your loss, I may view myself as dark, but I'm not without a heart. Second, I'm on earth's side. I took this job because this invasion would happen anyway, but I can see the plans there. Third, Japan, Inaba, Storm will attack. You may wish to be there to stop it. Farewell." Ash fade into a dark portal.

Kyle does a super jump to the top of the hole using his air power.
"Let's go."
Kyle transforms and runs off to find Jake.

Anima hoped, in her heart of hearts, a tiny desperate hope. A hope that Matt may yet live again to help the now grieving Maria and Selina.

It wouldn't happen. She knew.

It happened to her before. What Hestia was doing was simply to comfort her. To make her feel better.

And Hestia muttered several words in Greek.
"What are you-"
"I have uttered a promise. A promise to allow Matthew passage into Elysium. He deserved it. He will enjoy his afterlife. I can guarantee you that.

Maybe he might be able to try for the Isles of the Blest, for rebirth, who knows?"
"That is small consolation. Nonetheless....I thank you. For everything."
