Matt quickly zips past them, exiting the creature. ''Ahhhhhhhhh! Beautiful outside air!'' Matt smells the outside air, completely happy. Almost deliriously so.

"Uh... M-Matt... Th-that doesn't help sh-show that... L-Legion is friendly..."

Matt stood still for a few seconds, burning red from Selina's correct observation. He did exaggerated gestures to Legion.
''HE FRIEND!'' He turned to Selina, a little bashful. ''Better?''

Selina looks a bit hurt.

"Y-y-yes..."

Kyle walks over to Matt, adjusts Conny to a one handed holding position, and hits him on the head.

"Whew, finally out. And don't be too hard on Matt guys, he was just a bit embarrassed."

"And you're saying you wouldn't hit me for being a jerk?"

''Uhh...'' Matt was crestfallen on seeing Selina looking hurt. ''I, uhh...'' Then Kyle smacked him over the head. Matt holds the back of his head, face down.
<Yeah, shutting up, for sure now.>

"...point taken..."

"But, because I suppose I understand I'll apologize."
Kyle looks at Matt.
"I'm sorry."

''...I...'' Matt kept a little distance. ''Deserved it, th-th-thanks.'' He avoided eye contact with any of them for the moment.

"Uh.. i-its okay... Y-you didn't mean it..." Selina walks over and pats him on the back... (she doesn't know what shes doing.)

Matt's pretty thankful his head's down. He was sure they could see steam rising from him. Her sweet voice and soft touch was throwing him a curveball. And yet through all that, Matt still managed to form thoughts: <Great, now I'm worrying her- Stop getting giddy over her! She's taken!!!>
''Th-th-th-th-th-th-tha-th-tha-...'' Nope, words was a step too far it seemed.

"A-a-are you okay...? D-do you need... some... some water...?" Selina crouches down beside Matt, trying to see if hes okay.

''Ssssseee, aiiiiiiiii...'' Matt stopped himself for a second, not used to this kind of concern from... well anyone barring his parents... that were never around.

People always left him be. He got on with things on his own. That's how he always did it. Now, he was down and had someone near him, to see if he was alright. He was choked up from the care, and kept his face from being seen to hide it.

He gave a gulp, and a breath in. ''I-I-I'm fine. R-really, th-thanks.''

Ofcourse, this wasn't the first time he had been shown concern from others, but last time, he had thrown up. Not to mention everything he was feeling was being exaggerated from the fact it was Selina.
