Kyle loses interest in the man and picks up the sword carefully.

Conny stares at Alistair for a few seconds, a little shocked, but gets over it and smiles.

"Um, Hi alistair! how ya doin?"

Selina goes over to listen to what the bleeding man has to say, trying hard not to have a panic attack.

Maria glared at him.
"That's disrespectful. Why would you say that?"

Alistair nodded.
"I'm fine, thanks."
He smiled lightly.

Conny distracts Alistair some more while everyone else converses with the man.

"K-Kyle... don't... say... that..." Selina is on the verge of a panic attack again, visibly shaking and great fear in her eyes.

Maria grabbed her shoulder, speaking to her in a calm, slow tone.
"Selina, don't worry. We're all going to be fine. We'll get through this. I promise you."

Kyle puts the sword down.
"Well given the human body usually holds about ten pints of blood and I just stepped in three, I think he'll be dead pretty soon."

"Five, that good." The longer you talk to this guy, the more it seem that he just tried then someone who has less blood then a kitten. "This world of science never needed magic girls or boys, we are a ill-fitting piece in a complete jigsaw, this is how it is or it was. There a beast down here. It reeked of magic and it already killed someone. I don't know where it came from, but I doubt it the only one of it kind." He stop to catch a breath "It something we magic girls or boys will have to deal with, but I sense whatever the past held maybe lost soon."

He points down a tunnel "Don't worried about me, blood not that important to me, I just need to rest. And no, my sword is my focus, it wouldn't be much use too you less you like axes." with this said, he glows changing to a brown haired young girl wearing a blue dress who fall over, she seem to be sleeping. The sword also change to a blood stained axe.

"D-do we have to... to go find this... this beast...?"

"We will, but it'll be fine. Trust me. We'll get out of this alive."

Kyle looks at the girl and thinks to himself,
Well, that is the most dedicated cross-dresser I have seen.
"I suppose that if we all have this as our duty I'll take point. Also, don't laugh."
Kyle pulls out a machete and a stick. He puts the machete down and waves the stick over himself causing him to transform into Not Kyle!

Maria giggled anyway.
"That's cute. Wanna see mine?"

A staff appeared in her hand and she transformed into Anima. Alistair looked at her, shrugging.
"This is why my big sis is awesome!"

"Conny, keep... keep Alistair company... we... we have to go... to go do something..."

Kyle and Maria transform.

Selina stares with her mouth agape. "How... how did you... we can..."

Kyle concentrates to see if he can change into something more practical.
"It's pretty easy. You just short of manifest your inner power to a solid form and then wave it around."
