I felt the Xbox lineup was solid as well. And given the fact that I also don't like buying used games (due to a lot of issues with scratched discs from gamestop, and then when I was older, understanding that the makers of the game don't get any money from the purchase as well), and I don't see Microsoft actually spying on us as a likely case, because I cannot see how it would be profitable sorting through all that video or audio feed. Or, even with a program to do it, sorting through all the false positives for what they are looking for.
And now that the PS4 has a paid premium model, there's no reason for me to try to get used to the fact that I don't find the Playstation controllers comfortable (I never have, way back to playing racing games with my best friend on his PS1 back in elementary school. It's the sticks being at the same horizontal level - never felt comfortable).
That, and I'm almost convinced to go back to consoles for Battlefield 4. As long as they don't announce that PC can support 128 player games or something, there's no reason for me to play it on PC, where I can't play with the input method I'm most comfortable with.
Also, being able to control TV through the Xbox would be quite convenient, and probably a lot faster than the sluggishness of the Comcast controller (seriously, half the time you can't tell if you pushed the button down enough!).
Also, I realized I like parentheticals waaaaaaaay way too much.
EDIT: Also, the PS4 looks like it may have trouble with cooling. Probably not, but the pictures I saw didn't show much vent space except for the back, and it seemed like a pretty thin design.
