The Oddysea: Agency Repair and Resupply Station

Automated Mission debriefing:

Mission: 00213 : 45 Delta Epsilon Gamma
Estimated Difficulty: Easy
Mission Type: Equipment recovery
Status: Departing in 10:00 Station time

Detailed Briefing:

The Agency VortexCruiser "Andromeda" experienced a critical system failure* while returning to base. Other teams have been send to retrieve her payload, but a significant amount of her structure is still drifting through the Vortex. Her Vortex stabilizers are believed to be offline however, so it won't be long before she fazes out. Your mission is to try and find her crash location, and to ensure that it does not interfere with any important events. Salvaging of relevant equipment will result in a bonus.

Sensors indicate that the Andromeda will crash land on the Olympia, a refitted Cargo ship, a few hours before it unleashed a devastating first strike on the Imperial Core world of Vognor 4, sparking a decennia long civil war. This is considered a major historical Event and should not be tampered with.

Please prepare yourself, and continue to the vessel

My heart says to go for Medical Improvisation but my head says we have some medical gear and more consistent healing would be useful. The second class isn't even a choice, is it, you fiend, even if I wasn't choosing based on my character.

I'll take Medical Improvisation and Space Elk Calls.

We/I should select the crew quarters.

((Body Swing and Advanced Swordfighting Basics for me.))

((Also, I'm assuming that we're landing on the Olympia rather than the Andromeda.))

"That seems like a rather poor idea, the crew quarters are bound to have some off-duty sailors in them. As I see it, we've got two options: either we arrive on the bridge and attempt to reason directly with the command staff, or we arrive in a maintenance corridor near the bridge, seize control, move it out of the Andromeda's path with or without the help of the crew, and then leave.

Or... well, we could launch the missile strike ourselves, before the Andromeda arrives, and escape. I'm no so sure I'd be comfortable with having that many deaths on my mind, though."

"Dude, that's the wrong ship. We're going on the Olympia. I think launching before it can be hit would be easiest for me. But we do get a bonus for retrieving relevant equipment. Also i need some type of weapon as a sonic screwdriver doesn't work well for fighting."

I wish I could choose perks, I didn't understand how the courses thing was supposed to work.
Oh well.

I think I'll choose the destination of the Crew Quarters. If I'm lucky, I can catch any resistance off guard and Sweep them out before they can become a threat.

Vee swings her feet idly, looking up at her strange new allies.

"Let's just fix the stabilizers, right..." She says, rolling her eyes.

"Hell, I was just a waitress before I joined up-who better for the job? This should be as easy as cooking hashbrowns. The sort of hashbrowns, that could destroy all of reality if you burned them or got an order wrong.

Anyway, my name is V. Short for...uh, Vee. Or Vivi. Or Vampire. Whichever you like."

She blinks once, looking at Clair.

"And who might you be?" She says with a smile. A toothy smile.

"Ah, you never met one. Well you have a idea of demons right. This you see-" She poke her chest "-is not my true form. We have a minor gift to shapeshift and our actually form match up with human's idea of a demon. Thus the more religious of you had problems."
