That just means she can't use some of the more hax abilities. She can still use the blood in her armor and hair for normal magical attacks, or... pretty much any shed in battle.

And since such constructs are usually accompanied by a caster...

Also, the Magic stat is pretty silly broken if you think about it.

Barriers run on magic, for example.
