Thats due to scap saying the mind would mostly affect magic negatively.

Both, in my case.

Demons Run is basically a ridiculously powerful spirit (NOT a demon. If she was in her normal, un-bound form, she'd make... well, Demons Run.) sealed into a human body. And she's very instinctual, nor is she used to having a concrete existence in reality or laws she has to follow. So not much Int, even though she IS somewhat intelligent, she isn't intelligent in a mundane way, only in the formless chaos and power of her natural state... which is why most of her non-magic stats are complete shit: she only has the bare minimum required to sustain her host's body, since she doesn't see a point in keeping the host especially healthy when she's out.

Conversely, BECAUSE she's basically a being that naturally exists in a state of pure magical flux, she's really good at manipulating her power (Hence her REDICULOUSLY powerful Magic stat).
