Name: Midorikawa Yuri / Demons Run (how unfortunate, random generation!)

Appearance: Yuri is a frail, thin, generally weak-looking girl with snow-white hair which falls down to her shoulderblades, and eyes which are seemingly always closed, and paired with an eternally happy smile on her face. her complexion is a deep olive which belies her Greek heritage. In fact, Yuri's eyes opening are the trigger for the activation of her Magical Girl form.
Magical Girl Costume: Upon Yuri's eyes opening, they begin to glow, a sharp, bloody crimson light escaping them and obscuring their true colors from view. Her snow-colored hair becomes similarly red, the tips of it constantly dripping blood onto the ground around her, at least, when she isn't using it as part of her magic. The strands are also bound up with scores of bloody bandages into an intricately interlocking series of braids, constantly shifting a little, knotting and re-knotting.
Most striking of all is how her form changes, muscles across her form atrophying, her form turning frail and weak. Her smile, usually sweet and kindly, if perhaps a bit emotionless, splitting open into an ear-splitting, psychotic grin. Blood bursts out of her wrists and ankles, wrapping around her body into a suit of flowing sanguine armor. Her tongue, meanwhile, somehow extends to almost ten times its normal length, hanging well out of her mouth. Demons Run often uses it to lap up shed blood.
Power: Blood Magic!
Background: Was born to a rich Greek family which had stood as such since the time of ancient greece, all the way through the Roman empire an the middle ages. They did so, however, because the firstborn child of each generation was anointed with a blood ritual passed down through their family. This ritual stunted the physical wellbeing of the child, but granted them the power of blood, to allow them to manipulate and control it for their own means, whether it be their own or that of others.
The family was, however, forced to flee greece well before she was born, making their way to Japan and becoming a fixture of a small town somewhere in its most isolated places, continuing to exist and prosper through their blood rites.
Personally, she has known little but the secret life of her family and her training to take over for her mother when her time comes, being anointed with the powers of blood on her fifth birthday and trained in their use by her mother. The only member of her family that was allowed to associate with her during that time was a cousin, a bright, cheerful girl named Aria who was essentially the only reason that Yuri got through some days.
A week ago, Yuri walked in on Aria just as the girl cut her own throat, and because of her powers, the majority of her family blames her for her doing so, accusing her of somehow forcing her to do it.

First of all, if she doesn't have Sanguine Aegis up (her defensive spell, that blood-cyclone-barrier thing), put it up.
If:
Fighting a single powerful opponent - Torment. LOTS OF TORMENT.
Fighting multiple weak, but not one-hit-killable weak opponents - Spam Blades of Blood (DANMAKU MODE ACTIVATE)
Fighting swarms of easily killed opponents - Target the largest group with Agony.
If a strong opponent seems to be near death - Finish them with Feasting.
Spell List:
Sanguine Aegis: Defensive-type spell, an area-effect barrier which surrounds an area in a dome of whirling blood to prevent attacks from entering it, both by acting as a normal barrier and redirecting attacks to the side should they manage to pierce it, hopefully managing to get it out of the way.
Torment: uses the target's own blood to wound them, causing spikes and blades of it to tear them apart from the inside out.
Blades of Blood: A weak, but incredibly simple attack, this spell shoots out several projectiles of needle-like blood. Even Yuri can use this attack with a little focus, and Demons Run's version changes from needles to large blades, and can be used much, much more rapidly.
Agony: Attempts to tear the blood violently from a target. On a successful kill, this attack causes them to explode violently, doing damage to creatures around them. Should any of them die, they will also explode, and et cetera.
Feasting: An attack reserved for powerful opponents who are low on health, Feasting causes a target's wounds to erupt with blood which is then absorbed by Demons Run's Armor, strengthening it proportionally to the target's power.
