I am willing to GM, but, however, I'm NOT going to continue the Layar invasion and going to place a new storyline down instead. I will finish the current battle, however, but after that, yeah.

A war started somewhere else in the galaxy, and the Layars now have to fight for their lives elsewhere.

There's also that other group of super girls, where one of them was related to the leader of the Layars that could have been the real heroes and finished off that.

Or, George accidentally found a paradox and had a weird time/reality shift, undoing the invasion, but everyone retained memories. (Hey, it wouldn't be the first time he's messed up probably... I say probably because any other instance probably DID do a proper time travel back.)


Personally, my first suggestion's easy to implement, and no questions asked, but keeps what has happened as still happened. It ALSO leaves them open for later should you ever wish to use them.

We start by saying we ended the fight. Then we finish up RP stuff for the day.
Then we recruit more magical folks, starting with Nanako and getting the government behind us. During this time, we rediscover Matt and introduce some waitlisters if Elf feels like increasing the party's size.
Finally, we describe a massive final battle where the Layar are driven off by a strike team of magical humans, supported by Legion's people, every army in the world, and a well-times nuke. The Layar retreat, battered, and humanity prepares to use what they left behind and what they learned from Legion to bring humanity into a new age.

We start once this new age is underway.
