It really depends on how her powers work. If it requires her to kill her victim to copy their powers, then Demons Run will be immune since only her host can be killed.

It really depends on how her powers work. If it requires her to kill her victim to copy their powers, then Demons Run will be immune since only her host can be killed.

It really seems that Amy only needs to eat a part of flesh to steal the powers.

Good news! She'll never get George. Just as well... the idea of Amy being able to teleport to other dimensions, teleport OTHERS to other dimensions, having a soul so strong it's near impossible to fully extinguish AND have portals to know what everyone is doing would be terrifying, PARTICULARLY as she won't have the restrictions nor the magical limitations that George has.

But whose flesh? She got Gintama's power by extracting flesh from his transformed form. Demons Run doesn't really physically manifest.

Well, let's be REALLY scientific (Which means, it will NOT stand up to ANY test WHATSOEVER)

If the flesh is magically infused, that may be all that she needs. When Demons Run comes to the fore, the flesh and body of Yuri becomes magically infused, which could well be enough.

I have no idea. Most of the characters are just possessed by beings that pretty much can't be killed in combat. It's really only Matt and Selina at risk. Nuriel will just need a new host, Demons Run is immortal, Anima is a separate entity, as is Aedan. Which should mean that Amy doesn't gain their powers since she would have only killed their host.

...I wonder why she hasn't tried killing a shapeshifter, turning into some kind of large predatory animal, and biting people? Or maybe turning into a mosquito and stealing powers that way, depending on how it works...

In that case, the primary aim in combat will be to cripple her. She has high speed and defense which means she'll have to be intercepted during an attack using something that ignores her armor. The key focus will be to disable her jaw, permanently if possible. Alternatively a decoy could be set, a false flesh that will shred her from the inside.

I was more thinking of GRUDGE MATCH! Matt/Gintama has a score to settle!

Added bonus, Matt/Gintama has no powers to give Amy as she already has them. But, Matt/Gintama has had ALOT more practice with them. If you can't control the lightning, it hurts you, and it's why Gintama in gin mode before could not use his full powers because being drunk means less control. She'll probably use a different form anyway.
