No, I don't think so, it requires it to closely resemble Christianity and while a lot of smiting did happen in the Old Testament, I don't think God ever made people die in massive, agonizing gore explosions while laughing psychotically at them.

I haven't read that trope in a while, but IIRC that trope focuses more on the religion than the religious figure. So unless a religion worshiping Shys'm Caes is suspiciously similar to Christianity, probably not.
