Said god-like entities weren't actively fighting to get out. 682 isn't as much a god as a LOL HAX abomination.

Still, I hardly think that it would be harder to keep us contained.
Individually, at least. So Step 1 would be separate containment cells. Step 1a would be scheduled, supervised times for us to interact (especially SCP-XXX-1a and SCP-XXX-2a).

And the Yuri thing isn't nice, but it's much nicer than Montauk...

To be fair, it wouldn't even necessarily work.
As long as she's fine with tearing her eyelids open she can still go Keter at any time.
It's just that she needs a reason.
Also it would piss her family right the hell off.

Being contained, period, wouldn't?

Also point on the amnesiacs, but IIRC they try really hard not to use those now if they don't have to.

The Foundation isn't much for killing or otherwise decommissioning SCPs, except in Keter cases and the like. And killing Yuri probably wouldn't help with DR, so they wouldn't try that.
