Omake was explained awhile ago.
I believe it was basically a deleted scene or some such thing that the viewers haven't seen.
Second:  He did. Remember the bit with Matt the harem king? That was the omake.

omake's are more like extra's. Not part of the story, but taking the characters and putting them in hypothetical situations, most of the time for fanservice... if I got that right.
