To be fair, it's not especially important to read either; the OOC thread is mostly just screwing around, and the IC thread has a recap. The OOC OP should do it for you.

@Tir: You can just go by the wiki page linked in the opening post. It has most relevant things about this particular game in it, including a link to the handbook.

It probably was, but yeah. I'm not bothering with stat caps. Given that leveling can be kind of random I don't want to further restrict character growth. :P

Speaking of, the EXP counter is at 94, so I'm probably going to be rolling a level-up before this battle is over.
