...Why do we have a male wanting to be a pegasus rider again? I could swear Florina on FE 7 (?) said something about pegasus being fragile and not accepting male riders.
Remember that rule about pegasus. Cats hunts mices, but there are several cats that are afraid of mices. And thus pegasus that are not fragile and don't care what the rider has between their legs.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

[Sorry for the wait, you posted that ten so minutes after I left to do something, just got back. I don't play norse inspired characters often, but when I do, they flyte. They flyte as hard as they flyting can.]

"Hah, not bad! You know your stuff although I admit I'm more used to out-and-out insulting than subtle accusations. Remind me to visit this country of yours later, seems like it will be a hell of a place to visit if this is what I'm to expect. Enough banter though, the game's far from over..."

"You say I'm the devil, you say I'm not on the level, a panderer, philanderer, a down right slanderer... Hah! You want to see my claws, you can't even handle the paws, aquiver and a shiver please, I am the giver! The only liver in peril is yours if I judge from your breathe, rivers curl and twirl at such a nasty pearl, you must drink it by the barrel! Hah, remind me not to challenge you to a drinking contest, I understand my match to be out-drunken by the pompous! Now, let's wait for the pause!
...
...
...
You cry without clause that the game is in awes, haha acting like there's laws! The game doesn't end til there's only one to blame, one who's at shame, and that certainly won't be you dame! But I admit you amuse me, your subtle accusations, thinkin' them rebuttals to the actions, you just need patience else your rhymes are as shallow as a puddle, ain't got time to chew tallow mellow."

"You know, I like to consider myself a nice guy, let me tell you a tale on the why, maybe it might get mailed through that tie putting your mind in a bind. A flyte is a fight, and they call me the Knight, an' I ain't here to show you how to bite, although I have a feeling you already know how to play in the night... Either way this is to come to light! There are heights to be reached, sights to be seen, there's no time to count those beans. Life is a mystery, story after story, when yah see the wheels turnin' yah start to see the glory! Its all in the history, the blistery fights of the zero to the hero all to fight the villain. That be the lesson, too bad I ain't gonna answer any of your question but you can pay me later for the billing!"

EDIT: Don't try to rhyme fast kids, you get weird mistakes like having a 'you're' in there.

"Oh, you surprise me by such a desperate bound-to challenge once more, for yet one more round! The mark of a hero, or maybe a fool? One and same, many might rule. I do admire your arrogance, but forgive me the sin-I am only me, and I always play to win. Yet the rumors of shipping can only grow with each lyric-what might we win in the absolute phyrric....

Still, I'll give the devil (that's you) his due and give twice back he threw.

You say you're a giver, but a challenge I feel not a sliver-your wit is like a swamp moat, filled with nasty toothed reptiles all slimy and abloat. I would not test your waters if I were wearing a short dress-for fear of losing my gentile nature and practiced patron nobleness. Your tongue is like a serpent, one with two hissing heads! I shudder to think what you do to keep them fed!

As for me, I come from high blood, yet practiced and cunning-your rhymes are suited more for childish punning. I'm so far above you the game is already done-the quicker you accept this, you'll realize it was over before we begun. I sense the only court you've been in is on on a ball field-where I'm sure even then, you were so quick to yield. I think now you see, the only winner can be me-I've got beauty, I've got style, I've got grace! And let's be honest, who really has the better face? But as they say, pearls before swine-which reminds, I've got a dinner at nine. I should make this quick, lest you trapise further upon your shtick.

I admit you may be a nice guy (when you're sober), even if your words are painful to my...lobar! A flyte and a fight in a race close,  a race tight? Worth the price of admission, just to see your submission! And yet-be life a mystery or a horrible bore, when one breathes their last do they ask for anything but 'more'? Life's a joke and deaths a laugh, it may be true-there are some truths even we cannot skew! You, my dear man, were created to die-from moments of inception, till the angels fly. Life is an hourglass, one that's leaking sand-so why let it run out, without doing something grand? Better to laugh and smile and flyte and sing, from the lowest beggar to the greatest King. You dance with the best of them, I'll give you that one-but what's done is done, and soon must end our fun.

I sense all this, and yet my spirit will yet still lift. Do you catch my drift? Do my words have a use? Or am I being obtuse?

I think you will realize, what a calamitous waste, is sparring with me-I'll turn you to paste. So how about you take one moment and think-tell me I'm the winner, and we can go have a drink? But if you're pride keeps your neck all stiff proper and straight, you've yet to test my final, truest, greatest trait! I'm truly ready for one long and grueling fight-as I've said often, to my audience...

I'll be here all night!"

OK, so... Haspen (Ramena), scapheap (Clair), and BladeMasterModel42 (Travis) are withdrawing from initial slots since they want to be introduced during certain scenarios. Caellath said to go ahead and start without his character, so that leaves us with five slots for... eight people. Going from top to bottom, that gives us:

1. PM/Nathara
2. PS/Vandertz
3. GB4L/Elian
4. N1024/Raynen
5. Dwar/Adelaide
6. Ragna/Tyrone
7. Tar/Ralai
8. Xan/Rhett

And the rolls are...! 6, 1, 3, 5, 7. So, Tyrone, Nathara, Elian, Adelaide, Ralai: one simple question. Have you been a member of Foster's Dog Soldiers for awhile (period of time up to you), or are you a new recruit? This is for you individually, not as a group. I just need to know so Foster can react to everyone appropriately.

Everyone else: You'll be in soon, I promise. I'll try to introduce one, maybe two new characters a battle, and hopefully have everyone in before the fourth battle. The first quest line should at least get Haspen, scapheap, and BMM42 anyway. I found a few tilesets, but I have to look over them/convert them into a usable format and make a few maps and enemies and stuff. I also need to gather some map sprites, but that shouldn't be too difficult, I think.

@Serc: I'd say Adelaide has been working with Foster for a bit, say about six months plus. Depending on how big his company is she might not have been the 'main healer' yet for a big group, still earning his confidence in her abilities-but I'd think she's been there for a bit, all the same.

Mostly because she's already a mercenary-an opportunity like this is what she looks for.

Nathara's a new recruit, having just joined when the whole wandering mage thing failed quite epically.

Quick question, are players who haven't yet gotten into the game still allowed to give strategic advice?
