Dodging fire is a flat out DC 15 reflex check, and they both failed.

Fire damage is 1d6 when you fail, but...yeah

Also, that's cinematic bleeding Morazin is undergoing, not life threatening. If you were losing HP, it would be noted in your heroes status...so no penalty from that failed roll...lol.
