I have a 27in monitor (not a TV) and holy crap is this game small in native mode (1920 x 1080). Is it possible to boost up the size.

Scroll the mouse wheel.

Alternatively, use a tileset that's larger than the default.

Alternatively alternatively, live with it being a bit smaller and enjoy being able to see the entire world at once.
