check corpse for loots, go back and grab candlestick, hunt witch
We don't have room for a candlestick and it's unlikely to be better than any of our current items.

Also I doubt the butchered corpse of our daughter contains gold coins or new armor.
Wont know until we try now will we? Could be we find some nice sentimental jewelry or a shiny dagger.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

We really SUCK as a father.
1. Taking our kid on adventures. Like, dangerous dungeon crawls.
2. Not realizing quickly she wasn't responsive. She was just smiling...creepy implications there if you overshink it.
3. STABBING HER IN THE NECK. (Next time, if someone suggests doing something with the "flat side" of our sword, please remind us that it's a double-edged sword.)

No looting corpse. Take corpse out of dungeon for burial.

I doubt she was stabbed by us, to be frank. We nudged her with the flat of the blade. As in, not the edge,

Speaking of, take a look at this daughter of ours. Detach self from current emotional crisis. How did she fall apart like that? I mean, her eye just fell out! How does that work? Any clues on what actually might have happened to her?

After all, if we were a terrible father for most of her life, now is probably not the most advantageous time to change.

I cannot believe nobody said this before. Check the menu of attackmoveskills we have.
Also this.

: "Menu?"

It looks like someone basically disemboweled her then stood her up for all to see.

Follow the Source of Evil!
Or if that fails, just continue walking forward.

: "Hello again, Alistair."

: "No! It's not possible! You - YOU'RE the witch?"

: "Hehehe! Look at my beautiful necklace. Each gem contains the power of one dead Hero. All that's missing is the power of the Hero of Light. Won't you be a darling and give it to me?"

: "...Even if you slay me here, the Heroes will live on."

: "I can't possibly imagine how. Now then: time to finally test this power. Go on, you can have the first move. Show me the legendary strength of the Last Hero."

Kill yourself, then she can't have your power.

So how are you today?

slice off that necklace
+1, then block

That's three actions (move to melee range, strike, block). Do you want to proceed?

look at the distance, she isn't in range. also, look at when she gets a double-turn.

move into melee range, then attack, then block.

The artwork relates to the encasing of the HMRC in metal by Pancaek during the Mission of Many People.))

She is a Witch. She can likely attack from range.

We cannot possibly win this.

Remember, kids. A smart man knows when it's time to run like a little bitch.

They call us the Last Hero for a reason, and let me tell ya, it ain't because we rush into danger without a thought.

Run like a little bitch, Last Hero! It's your only hope!

We have a magic bar, or something like that. I say that we burn all of it into her. Let this be a DPT1 race.

On the one hand, discretion is the better part of valor.

On the other hand, this is the prologue.
