I think the weather is nice in the east of Russia, besides there's oil in most of those hills.

Frankly put, It is clearly from a lack of a home.


Now, the problem with Eastern Russia is there are Russians in Eastern Russia. As this problem is not common to the rest of Russia, It seems wise to choose a spot farther from their only heavily populated lands.
