Selina hands over the money, takes the swords and puts the longsword on her left hip and the shortsword on the right. She then waits for Clair to finish her business before continuing back the the central city towards the Alchemist.

((Well you can write in the air rather better than you could with a hand, or scratch something in the ground. Not ideal, but better than nothing. ))
