Name: Karchek Mokjak
Race: Orc
Class: Transcendent Dancer
Looks: About 7 feet in height, possesses an upturned nose, notable tusks, eyes that are large and brown, a prominent bald spot on his head and greenish-brown skin. Both his black hair and his rather sizable full beard are arranged into small, delicate braids. Has a powerful, chiseled physique attained through long exercise and a wild lifestyle, and he continually wears rather large sequined shirts, right now a bright red one together with golden sequined pants and black rider's boots.
History: A student of the mundane and mystical properties of dance as utilized in communication, art and combat, Karchek has taken a vow of silence to further his learning and development in the ways of choreography, with the potential end goal of attaining such beauty through perfect motion to transcend all that is mortal. Since asceticism, which he had tried previously, led him into a sort of developmental brick wall earlier in his life, he has decided to take a different approach from now on. And this approach is the life of the wandering, silent performer and adventurer, ever-ready to both experience new things and make others do the same.

Don't worry about it being full or not, I'll be choosing players pretty randomly, and I'll likely add in more through the story, depending on how things go.
Basically, I'll take as many players as I can reasonably handle, if I feel I can handle more than what I've got, I can add more if I've got the people in reserve.

Name: Eric the Feeble Botanist
Race: Human
Class: Combat Botanist
Looks: Pale yellow and ill looking skin. Dank mouse coloured hair. Average height. Feeble build. Carries a waterproofed rucksack with notebooks and disecting equipment. Dressed mostly in brown. Clean shaven.
History: Eric has attached himself to various adventurous missions over the last few years as a clerk, surgeon's mate, secretary and cook, not to mention marksman, chief bell-ringer and lay-priest, all for the advancement of science. He loves to botanise. He has several learned publications. He is deeply attracted by non-descript plants, small reptiles, and beetles. He is a competent physician and surgeon and an adequate sketcher. He is not especially practical and his comrades soon learn not to trust him with a pick or a wrench or a bucket but he is a surprisingly keen eye with a bow. He is a proficient adequate cook. He has a good sense of the location of a creature's vital organs. He is a talented user and prescriber of herbs and other drugs or remedies. He is often a little grumpy.

I still haven't gotten around to reading any of Stone Soup.

Name: Ugrad Clanless
Race: Troll
Class: Berserker
Description: While much smaller than the average troll, he is still the size of a huge human. He is bald, with large fangs protruding from his bottom jaw. He is grey skinned, and covered in scars, as he has less regeneration than his fellows.
History: Ugrad was exiled from his clan at an early age when it became clear that he was different from the others. Smarter, yet lacking the strong regenerative abilities of his fellows, they cut the clan tatoos from his flesh and left him on the mountainside for dead. He managed to survive for a while through his sheer determination, before a human caravan came upon him and took him in as part of a freak show, to which he naively agreed.
 Beaten and mistreated, one night Ugrad grew angry with the owner, and discovering that he still had the raging strength of his ancestors, he tore the man apart with his bare hands. Now, lost, he searches for a new calling.

mastahcheese: you don't have to accept every app if you don't want. I usually cap it at 4-6 if the game's not gonna be IWBTG levels of lethal.

Seconding that motion--keep your RTD Simple, especially if its your pioneer game.

You can pick any sheet you want; form a party of differing roles and such, your pick. Waitlisters, you can handle any which way you need. Be creative and all that.

If its going to be lethal, then try to make a way to segue people in.

Looks: Long coat, black and white armour, helmet with 2 crosses on the sides, tall hat with a cross on it, cape, black boots
History: Not much is known about this man. He travels the land, searching for blasphmers and heretics, looking to convert or destroy them. After hearing of this dungeon, and hearing several rumors of holy artifacts inside, he decided to stop his traveling, and head to this dungeon, eager to find the artifacts.

I think I might start this soon, I don't know.
And don't worry, it's not a one-hit-kill kinda lethal.

EDIT: Ok, we have 6 playable characters, I think that will be good enough, everyone else has been shifted into the Reserve spot.
EDIT: I will taking in 3 people at the start, and will use Random.org to detemine which of the 6 playable characters it will be.
