Tailored Pheromones: Require a License in all sectors.

Not very. It's more a question of time. An R2 will last about a week, an R4 about two months.

Anyway, I should have finished my build, making the Chummer file tonight (am at work, building my character ... :/ ), and sending it.

Little sum up : An elf adept, mainly centered around social and stealth, with great combat abilities, both melee and ranged, as long as there in only one ennemy. And he (she? haven't totally decided yet) rides an awesome buggy !

Urban Explorer Jumpsuits are just on the other side of light armor. Anything below is light armor or less.

Have started chewing into the source books, heh. Shouldn't be much longer before I figure out how badly I screwed up my first go with chummer and start tweaking things.

Our first mission will likely be something simple. A primer, so that everyone can get accustomed to the rules, and how combat plays out.

Aww... looks like monkeys are in a different source book. No statting it, then...

Which... might be a good thing. Considering I'm looking at one in chummer and thinking of making it a hallucinating elf poser lemur monkey with a built in taser. Also monkeys apparently have decently crazy stats or... something. Now I half want to cyber/bio up the monkey and make it the rigger and the troll the pet.

While all four sectors share English, the Sioux sector has
Dakota, Lakota, and Tsalagi as recognized languages, while the
PCC has Spanish, Zuni, and Hopi. There are some neighborhoods
in the CAS sector that insist on the use of Aztlan Spanish.

Basically, this. English is used everywhere except small neighborhoods, bars, and inner gang workings.
