Alden's pride seemed to shrink a bit. "Bah, I missed. Wasn't as grand a show as I was hoping for, but at least it means that maybe this fight will be more interesting than I thought hopefully, maybe we'll actually have to work a little for our pay." Alden cracked a grin, quickly recovering from the slip though.

"So then Gift-Giver, got a gift you wanna give to them? Think their eyes are all on me, where they should be if they value their lives." And he's back to his, now apparently typical, cocky attitude.

"True that. I told you it could be at least a little difficult to us. But it seems we are the heavy ones around here, so I doubt this will take too much time, they are pretty small and weak. "

Thelfin laughed under his helm and pulled his cannon up.

"Glad you asked, I was just getting ready to "greet them friendly." let me just play "catch" with him then you can finish the job,"

Alden soon followed up with a strike at Thug B after Thelfin's shot, still ignoring the fact that he's almost on death's doorstep, and not really showing any debilitation from it oddly enough. If there's one thing you can say about a Numan, they don't go down until they're down, and they do so swinging... or invasive cybernetic enhancements is a hell of a thing. Or both, really.

"You beat the odds once, lets gamble for twice!" The heavily armored Numan practically growled at the human in his near death state as he swung.

"Hah! Look at them go, scurrying away to their holes." Alden laughed, amused at their backpedaling. With a glance behind him to the helmeted Thelfin, he continued. "Shall we give chase? Wouldn't be very good exterminators if we didn't after all." Alden proved the question rhetorical as he walked along the boxes to 7.3, running his hand along the boxes as he goes. He seems to be in a good mood.

"You gotta run faster to get away from us, rats. Running further into your holes won't help you at all." Alden chided the thug as he swung his sword at the man.

Judas turned to Jacob.

"I see a gap over there I can plug to prevent them from advancing this way, but it might be dangerous. Come with me and provide cover fire, OK?"

Judas moves to 12,9 and shoots the Brute two spaces to his right.

Move 6,3 and shoot the rifleman.

The freshly wounded Rifleman moved a step away from Alden and then shot his laser weapon at the armorman. The beam struck and pierced through the armor, greviously wounding Alden.

"Grr, what you idiots doing? If they're not dead by the time Maester comes, we're done for! Do I have to do everything m'self?" With this words, the leader of the thugs moved to Judas and slashed at him with the longsword. His rifleman then knocked Judas down.

After Judas went down, Brute B went after Jacob. He missed the magician, and got blasted a bit in return.
