"Oh, hey, a lockbox. I bet Dan could get into it. Jacob, let's give him a chance to do so. I'm going to move ahead and block off this hallway for the time being. Mind coming with and lending me your support, just in case?"

Judas moves to 10,10.

Bleeding from several spots, Alden keeps his grin, only growing wider at being so wounded. "Thanks for the assist Thelfin, bastard didn't even see it coming." He spoke to the man behind him, not turning his attention away from the fight, before addressing the three in front of him. "This all you got, humans? Truly? Pitiful. I was hoping for more than just rats, but it seems rats is all I'll have to fight. Very well then, I'll see if I can make things more interesting for myself. I'll let you all get the first shot in."

The large man in heavy armor bearing a sword could only give a very wide grin as he stared the humans down, popping a pill.

"Come on then, I may live longer than you all but I don't have all day, strike me! Show me what you try to pass off as swordplay!"

"That's my job, give them surprise gifts, just try to keep your feet, looks like this will be a little more interesting than I thought."

Slap a pill on Alden's face.

"Enjoy your almost meal."

"Hah, regular gift-giver, eh? I'm not too worried about these rats, if they're skulls are as thick as they are terrible at fighting, I'd have more to worry about a cat trying to claw through my armor." Alden sounded confident, ignoring his still present wounds in spite of what he said as he continued to stare down his opponents with a grin.

After being pilled, he spoke again though, even more confident than before somehow.

"Hah! Thanks for that buddy, I'll be sure to pay you back! First I think I'll give you a little show now that I'm back at full strength, let me demonstrate to you just how pitiful these rats are." Alden bragged, revitalized with energy.
