I believe the idea is that I take front and center, due to strength and armor! ...Although at these low levels, I'm about as squishy as anyone else, main differences being a point or two more health and defense, but I do hit like a mac truck at these levels though. Except Scap, the spellsniper, whom a strong gust can harm.

Rudimentary tactics involve me and SC as front liners, him because of his health regen, me because my only weapon is a front liner. I fully expect to be kited unmercifully though. Our thief would be a mixed bag, both in the back and in the front. Praef and Scap both solidly in the back.

Really though, we have no idea how big this map is. I have a feeling its probably twice, maybe three times the size of the current map.

I think Judas is a good striker/flanker. I have ranged attacks, a high MOV, and I regen like 1/4 of my health every turn, so I can do a pretty good job of harassing enemy units from the side and keeping myself alive. I can also make a good back-up for Alden, though, since I can stick to your back or advance in front of you as necessary and pepper your targets with small arms fire.

As for how big the map is, I think we only see 1/8th of it at the moment.

One eighth? Really? Yeah, who knows how big this map will get really. Enough to supposedly hold ten guys though, although I have a feeling it won't be that easy.

Alden's just going to fulfill the role of beatstick. He can hit hard, hold heavy stuff, and will have good defense, and is very accurate for an Armorman to boot. I think he's actually as accurate as it's possible to make one, honestly. So an accurate, hard hitting beatstick. Anything mounted will give him trouble though, as they'd flirt in and out of range of him all the time I imagine. I imagine that with good, fast kiters, he'll have to rely on you to actually take them out due to his low MOV and small range.

As a side note, we should all stock up on pills and similar medication when we can due to having no dedicated healer.

I could give it a shot, not today however but later. What I do is mostly go here, pick a portrait similar enough to what I want, use GIMP and recolor along with some minor editing. Frankenstein-ing is a new thing though for me. Most people just recolor, with minor editing, honestly though, so it isn't like you need anything fancy.

OK, I made five for you Xelada. I'm not sure if they're how you picture Dan, but to me a Hacker-type of character has a certain... look. So, sunglasses and trenchcoats ahoy. ^^^ Sunglasses and shirt under the trenchcoat are freehand, so... don't expect too much from them.
