I thought I was finally gitting gud when I could walk through Mallcrasher, killing bulldozers and basic cops alike with ease.

Then I hit level 80, and I discovered the new SWAT team. I've never heard so many yells for medic bags.

Pure ghost with the obvious value points in other trees can be hilariously good.

Couple minutes throughout a heist of stuns, anybody?

No, just... no.

ECM feedback is not completely terrible now, but overall pure ghost is just horrible. Spending so many points just to get feedback is a complete waste.

If you want to ECM rush stealth maps, go ghost. Everyone else get sprinter (and fast hands if you can spare the points without sacrificing anything important) and just ignore everything else in the tree.

Ghost needs to be completely overhauled.
I have to agree. Stealth is weird though. As long as you have shinobi or hidden blade, you're basically set. Well, and Aced Cable guy if you want to avoid cleaner costs. Otherwise, just go heavy, run enforcer with either mastermind or technician, with a dip into fugitive for hidden blade for stealth runs.

I went infamous 1 a few days ago, and just went Enforcer for the ICTV. From what I've been able to see, ICTV + Predator or M308 + Judge or Chicago Typewriter = Loud mission farming. Overkill Hoxton Breakout is a wonderful mission. Plus, you have a saw for all those fun bank missions.

hox breakout confuses me. The reward is so high, and it's not a difficult map - day 1 as long as you stay ahead of the car (run ahead to the next point it's going to stop) you won't have to fight many cops. Day 2 is just camping a single power box, then some very easy objectives.

I don't know why they made it by far the best EXP and the best money, and it's only low-middle difficulty. I don't even know why you get so much money at all - moving 43(!) bags through sniper hell on train job pays less money then moving 0 bags on hox breakout. It's just so WTF.

White xmas is another really, really confusing map. It's obviously a survival map - constantly dropping packages + no wave end + periodic extraction. But it's totally backwards! The longer you stay, the slower packages drop (possibly a bug?) so the best way to run it is get the pilot out, then escape with as many packages as possible the first time it comes back. You will get a lot more cash then trying to stay and play it "properly" and survive as long as possible, and the exp is the same no matter what you do.

Because it's a coop game and so the balancing doesn't have to be perfect? :P

Also, hox can be difficult on both days due to the multiple angles of attack screwing up your cover. You can be lucky on the 2nd day with which doors are there and this doesn't happen, but hey. Day 1 on death wish is bloody difficult.

The xmas map is a tad weird, but lets face it - it probably won't be hanging around, and it is (IMO) pretty damn fun, if not the best thought out.

Proof confirmed or not the xmas is staying or going? I personally hope it stays, it's a nice different style of map imo.

Plus I like throwing cocaine into the choper's blades.

No idea. I suspect it'll go like the halloween event did, but can't be entirely sure.

Halloween map not around anymore.  Expect the same for the xmas one.

Also, I hate how I can't connect to any game rooms for some reason, all the time.  Else, I'd be playing this a bit more.

The holiday maps are maps that only come around for about 2 months a year at most...they all carry special achievements and serve as "limited edition" maps and achievements you can only get once a year

Well, it's worth bearing in mind the Go Bank (introduced xmas last year) hung around. I think this one might as well, if onyl because it's a brand new map wheras the halloween event wasn't.

Of course, I could be completely wrong :D

That is true...forgot about that. Could be in part because the GO bank, while christmas themed, is not over the top or anything strange...where the halloween stuff is completely different.

I love the xmas one, EXCEPT for that fricken sandwich. Everyone wants to take it to the chopper, but no one else ever picks it up. And holy crap is it heavy.

I think it's the same weight as one of the artifacts from Shadow Raid. Maybe a tiny bit lighter, since at least carrying an artifact you're not being shot at...

It's the same weight as the artifact.

They could have made it the same weight as the fusion engine.... that would have been really cruel.

It's also worth as much as the turret part from armored transport. I think the only thing more valuable than those is meth on death wish.

Have to agree with everything here.
The rebalance they did on the experience gained did help a little but then they went right back to screwing it up again. Also bonuses you get from missions you don't play often seems to be a lot smaller now. More or less taking away the part where even heists that paid a bit too little for their effort were worth playing from time to time (reward wise).
It would be nice to see xp gained depending a bit on the amount of loot you grab. So that spending more time on a mission is actually worth it compared to say doing it twice in the same time (white xmas comes to mind). Especially since you generally get into a lot more trouble when taking your time. Especially since money tend to be a very secondary priority compared to XP, I'm having a hard time finding something productive to do with it.
