Central African National Liberation Movement - Mittellafrikanische Nationale Befreiungsbewegung1. Central African National Liberation Movement - Mittellafrikanische Nationale Befreiungsbewegung (MNB)
2. A Clenched Fist, set against the
Pan-African Flag.
3. Social Democracy, Pan-African Nationalism, anti-Colonialism, Confederalism, Republicanism, Independence of the Free State of Central Africa
4. The independence of the Free State of Central Africa, which will become the Central African Confederation.
Foreign PolicyThe Central African Confederation will declare neutrality upon gaining independence, though they will seek to establish closer ties with liberated former colonies such as the Hyderabad Federation in India and the United States. We will support any pro-independence movements outwith the Free State, such as in Somaliland, Madagascar, Beijing, Shandong and Western Africa.
Social PolicyThe Central African Confederation will be a country founded on anti-Imperialist, democratic principles. The Federation will be composed of national "Commonwealths", entities created for the good of their people. The provision of health care and education are top priority.
Economic PolicyThough we would lie closer to the centre of the political spectrum, the Central African Confederation will investigate radical Socialist agricultural methods such as collective agriculture to provide jobs and food to the masses.
5. Election Platform:
The MNB believes that the provision of Universal Suffrage and female service in the military should be at the discretion of the respective Confederal Commonwealths; there are too many cultural differences in Central Africa to impose such policies at a federal level.
We are broadly ambivalent with respect to military doctrine; though we would prefer to de-militiarise ourselves we recognise the importance of a strong military in Central Africa to protect our people, and indeed the less fortunate in other colonies, from the evils of neo-Colonialism.
We outright oppose the expansion of Mitteleuropa or any other alliance/pan-German irredentist foreign policy.
Self determination is a keystone policy of the MNB; we support independence referendums across the empire and seek a state-wide referendum in the Free State on our independence.
Though our focus is primarily on the colony, we do support increased cooperation with syndicalists with diplomatic pressure towards democratic reform. Syndicalist philosophers and activists may be of some use when creating our new state.
We broadly oppose the continuation of Realpolitik.
6.
The MNB was founded originally in 1931 by dissident Central African Nationalist writer and activist François Boganda. He is currently based in Berlin where he, along with a number of his followers, can often be found giving speeches and handing out pro-independence pamphlets. The party seeks to establish a coalition with the anti-imperialist, social democratic "SRP".
