WITH EDITS! Thank you to all who posted in about three seconds, mocking my forgetfulness (Recalculating HP after stat changes), thoughtlessness (Lack of MP calculations), and level stuff (I CAN HAZ ANOTHER LEVEL!?!?!?!)

You can add another level. HP is wrong. You forgot to add MP(or just didn't want to bother with it, either way).

Character concept in general makes me wonder, I think. It'd be nice to have the concepts mesh together a bit better, or something. I don't know. Is he a greatswordsman, or a warrior? Those are different classes. Does he not have any levels in Soldier, though he was one? Why is he so bloody tall?

Why is everyone so bloody tall?

Because towering over your peers iz awsum?

Sounds like a high-elf to me. There's a big ol race list around here somewhere. I'll find that, actually read the character sheet, then update this/make a new post.

Also: *Jewel holds*

Today, we wear Kevlar body armor. Made of cloth. Rather than a steel suit.
Lamellar was the best because the multiple layers worked like a modern tank's Chobham composite armor plating. Each layer deals with something different, and it has many different layers. The idea is the same one behind Aztec cloth armor, which was BETTER than the Spanish steel cuirasses because of the mobility benefits. Lamellar would've been light, and cloth is very good at stopping arrows. 33-50 pounds of metal is VERY heavy, but cloth isn't nearly that heavy.
Lamellar has nothing to do with scale mail-Lamellar armor is a Greek invention, made of multiple layers of leather, cloth (I don't know what kind of cloth), and bronze, although in this game the metal may change. It is capable of stopping an arrow, at 20 feet, from penetrating and killing someone. And the variant they used in that test didn't even have the metal.
Oh, and, yes, Greek officers sometimes used the manly-man six-pack and awesome-pecs breastplates, because they looked cooler and made them feel all muscly.
Oh, and I will be updating all those numbers. It REALLY depends on material, so whenever Ross has time to get me the lists, I'll be getting more done, and in better fashion.

Making post about armor. Hopefully this clears up some rather interesting ideas I've seen here.

Why is everyone so bloody tall?

You and Jewel are both confused on that front.

Kevlar is a terrible form of body armor to compare to a steel suit. It is a soft, flexible protection against small arms fire and nothing else. If you shoot someone in kevlar with a shotgun, the armor does nothing to stop the concussive force from caving in the chest cavity, a high-caliber rifle can pierce it, accurate fire can hit unprotected areas, and it is useless against non-ballistic attacks. Kevlar is widely used because it's cheap and effective for its cost, but medieval plate (an actual steel suit) can outmatch it in all respects bar mobility.

Yes, one can be a Wizard and a Defender of the Faith.

Three people are acceptable, but no more than that.

Steel plate doesn't stop bullets. Not even blackpowder bullets. Part of the reason it fell out of use.

Thing is, solid steel plate is good against everything that isn't ballistic. It straight up changed how individual combat & infantry warfare was carried out- everything specialized into either excessively powerful blows or precise, stabbing attacks. The former to try to power through the armor or deform it, the latter to seek out weak points under the arms, at the neck, in joints like elbows, knees, the crotch.
Hence two handed swords, rapiers, halberds, heavy crossbows and dirks found their way onto the battlefield- where before they were un-needed & suboptimal.
Shields fell out of fashion because your whole body was a shield.

The aztecs vs spanish is a weird case where numbers, environment & gunpowder played a role. This was after the best plate armor had come & gone remember.
So you had gunpowder weaponry, in a crappy, wet environment, used against armor that happened to be rather good against ballistic. The spaniards on the other hand were vulnerable to stone-age weaponry due to their lack of head/appendage armor, and were heavily outnumbered.

You'll have to provide examples of the arrow stoppage, and exactly what you mean by lamellar armor.

Yer character seems fine, if a bit stat-heavy. But you're in good company there.

If anyone has any suggestions to add, feel free.

Martial:
Warrior: The guy you'd want at your side in mass combat, or if you want to work as a team with something. They're the melee team-player of sorts, while they may not be as actively skilled in combat with a sword as a fighter or swordsman, they truly shine when working as a unit with xother people. If you want a guy who can take on three people at once with some skill, or take on one guy while working with three others, this is your guy. Warrior is more of a lifestyle and innate than Soldier, which is learned. You'll see that divide a lot.
Soldier: Pretty similar to a Warrior, but more learned and drilled. It's a class earned through training and implementing skills, as opposed to the Warriors inherently having the nature and freely refining. There's more discipline and technique involved than Warrior, and it is slightly more general in that a Soldier could be a guardsman, a mercenary, a recruit in some Lord's army, etc.
Fighter: Exactly what it says on the tin. They're good fighters, but not as good in mass combat as a warrior who's trained for such. They can use every weapon with a good amount of finesse, although up against a weapon specialist with their weapon they wouldn't do as well. They're strictly middle of the road, good at a number of things they do but there are people who do it better.
Weapon Specialist: Essentially a Fighter except they focus entirely in one type of weapon, whether that be sword, spear, etc.
Duelist: Opposite of a fighter - they excel in one on one combat but flounder when up against multiple opponents. Similar to a warrior, except when it comes to one on one, they get bonuses of similar size as the warrior when in mass combat.

Magical:
Sorcerer - Inherent/innate powers from any school.
Witch - Unisex term. Part alchemist, part enchanter, part Ritual Mage, etc. Tends to have a familiar and such, works well in threes, so on. There's supposedly "good" and "bad" powers, but it's really up to the witch in question. The famous Wizard Meeryn started as a Witch.
Mage - A generalist spellcaster. It's the Magical equivalent to the Fighter.
Blood Mage -  Blood magic involves the sacrifice or use of blood for magical power. So basically, you can do a lot of things with blood. Any blood, the more magical in nature the better. Vampires make great Blood Mages, as do Blood Priests.
Ritual Mage - Ritual magic involves the use of rituals for magical means - spoken words of power, runes, use of material components, and the like.
Chaos Mage - Elder Magic.
Necromancer - Undeath.
Elementalist - Fire, Air, Metal, Darkness, etc.
Summoner - Summons things.

Mystical
Priest - Granted spells from the Gods - most of the time, these spells are simply more powerful versions of the spells of other schools, although Divine magic is cast virtually at will and refreshed only through devotion to the god in question.
Shaman - Similar to a Priest, although less dedicated to a single God and more of a belief system as a whole. Generally, Shamans are to Priests what Warriors are to Soldiers or Chaos Mages to Ritual Mages.
Seer - One who Sees. This can be the future, the past, within, without, etc. It does not rely on sight - it is more of the ability to perceive the whole from a single part.
Monk - The Mage/Fighter of the mystical class.
Projector - Projective abilities consist of evocation, creation, transportation, and necromantic abilities, using what would commonly be known as "chi" or what-have-you.
Reflector - Reflective abilities consist of transmutation, illusion, and abjuration.
Intuitive - Intuitive abilities consist of divination, conjuration, healing, and enchantment.

Mental
Kineticist - Kinetic psionics include telekinesis, and other forms of mental control - pyrokinesis, etc. Similar to Elementalists.
Telepath -Telepathic psionics include clairvoyance, telepathy, empathy, and the like.
Metabolic - Metabolic psionics include healing, biokinesis, vitakinesis, abjuration, and transmutation. Similar to Inituitive Mystic, but mind-based.
Creative: Creative psionics include creation, summoning, and evocation.

Mundane
Farmer, Smith, Accountant, Baker, Miller, Bartender, Cook, Lord, etc.

Mischievous
Thief - Ranges from pickpockets to vault-crackers to second-story folk.
Assassin - Not Assassin's Creed style.
Thug - Mugger, enforcer, guard, etc. Muscle.
Gambler - Professional gambler, card shark, bullshitter, people-reader.

Mixed
Knight - Exactly what it sounds like.
Bard - Musical mage, traveler, poet, student of life.
Ranger - Woodsmen, scouts, hunters, etc.
Paladin - Divine versions of the Martial class.
Sailor - Part Mundane, part Martial, part Mystic, sailors are a class all on their own.

Medical
Herbalist - They make healing things with herbs and other ingredients. Think poultices, soups, etc.
Bonesmith - Bone doctors.
Leech - Your average doctor.
Poisoner - It is to Herbalist what Ritual Mage is to Chaos, Soldier to Warrior, etc.
Surgeon - They cut holes in you and sew you back up.

Misc
Anything not covered that isn't a Prestige Class

D
D-level prestige classes are closer to "advanced levels" or "master levels" than they are to true "prestige classes".
Examples include:
Healer
Rouge
Specialized Mundane Class (Swordsmith, Apple Farmer, Leader, Speaker, etc)
Spellwright
Illusionist

C
Fanatic
Heretic
Archive

B
Adventurer
Alchemist
Nuke Mage
Free Mage
Champion

A
Racial Paragon
Enchanter
Prophet
Saint
Master
Wild Mage

S
Wizard
Bodyweaver
Defender of the Faith
Elder Mage

O
In a sense, it's where you go after Paragon 3, Wizard 7, Level 11's, so on. There's really no set criteria - maybe, over sixty years, Bob the Peasant 3/Merchant 1/Soldier 2/Apple Farmer 6/Brewer 6 accumulates enough knowledge about the art of apple cider that he gains a level of Legend. Or some kid, out of ignorance to the laws of Magic, invents a whole new Runic Language dealing with finding things because they lost a toy and did Something to find it.

G
God levels. Before you even ask, hahahahahaha NO.

Justf or reference. There's a Warlord class and a few others.

I've found these sources, [My Armoury] and [Scholagladitoria], to be respectable myself. Very detailed and with good breadth, with the former offering good sources.

Armor post incoming, just reading up and sourcing.

Thank you.

It's funny. Technically, a Fighter 2/Swordsman 8 is of equal effective Combat Level as a Fighter 8 / Swordsman 2,but it's totally different.  Almost a "technical versus performer" sort of thing.

I think I'd want the better fighter over the better Swordsman, though...

I wouldn't be surprised.

The former would make a great fencer, considering they can make sure they're always fighting in their element, but the latter would be a good soldier, where one can often find themselves at a disadvantage due to one reason or another. Sort of comes into question of what they're going to be fighting against, and it brings into light that flexibility is often a desirable trait.

A man who can use a bow, a sword, a shield, a spear, and a mace with proper effectiveness is a well balanced man who can be fit for many situations, whether that be a shield wall, a pike block, an archers formation, or a grand melee. A man who's the undisputed master in swords, even though they can be pretty flexible with just that, tends to be better suited for fewer.

Key that can open many locks with a bit of effort versus a key that can open a few locks smoothy sort of thing, most would go for the former.

EDIT: I admit I'm a sucker for flair though, and I'd probably go for the swordsman. Well, in all honesty I'd probably go for a guy who specialized in spears or polearms. I just find spear fighting graceful.

In all honesty, it would probably look like :

Swordsman 4/Duelist 4/Fighter 2 versus a Fighter 4/Warrior 3/Brawler 2/Soldier 1. Maybe give the Swordsman a Soldier or an Assassin and deduct a level of Duelist, or the Fighter a Weapon Specialist instead of Brawler. Or maybe Thug or Sailor.

Still, you can see the difference.
