After a quick bit of DM Math, the max damage per target is 48 and max damage total possible is 384. There's also the chances of debuffs with it, a default 90% to-hit, and (IgnoresFriendies=True) enabled. This would be like a Tier 8 spell.

Obviously, I'll have to be descriptive with a Divine spell like this.
