It is possible.

If everything goes right, he will simply make a disappearance with everything that belongs to your party that can be easily stolen, and then vanish forever. :)

I'm taking precautions against that after this mission thing.

General thief prep is a good idea.

Fair warning: pulling a Miss Cleo will invoke DM SMITE.

To quote from The General Guide to Roleplay Literacy, version 1.10...

Quote from: GGtRLv1.10
Don’t be any of the following:

The people who never miss a single shot no matter how hard it is (Aimbotters).
The people who can’t be hit or just shrug it off (god-moders).
The people who never are without a weapon and ammo (idkfa-ers).
The people who have absurdly strong powers (twinks).
The people who ‘balance’ thier characters by having a massive but irrelevant weakness and massive powers (min-maxers).
The people who use Out Of Character knowledge to get an edge (Miss Cleos).
The people who do things in hindsight (McFlys).
The people who RP other people’s characters for them (Puppetmasters).
The people who RP completely irrelevant things (Daydreamers).
The people who RP actions and time against others while the others aren’t present OOC, but are IC (Shoe elves).
The people who ignore or alter RPs that they don’t like (Revisionists).
The people who RP an absurdly time consuming sequence occuring between other people’s actions (Speedhackers).
The people who play as characters that are completely impossible (Oxymorons).
The people who arbitrarily declare themselves the winner with instant death attacks (Baghdad Bobbits).
The people who’ve taken actions before they start RPing (Gaseous Snakes).
The people who pull-in elements that were approved in an unrelated RP (Augustines).
The people who use an existing persona and only RP them when it helps (Batmen).
The people who alter their character as needed for the situation (Zoicite).
The people who gain abilities as they need them with no prior exposure (Trinities).
The people who pick-up things that spawn from seemingly nowhere (Quake-ers).

I don't take kindly to such things.

Also, what are we doing? I thought we were sneaking into the Viscount's manor but it looks like we're doing Morgrod's thing.
Also, senior priest?

Oh, that's what it is! No, I'm doing good old fashioned blood magic.

It just so happens that the start of the trek to the manor overlaps with his sidequest.

Also, y'all have this strange feeling that you have gained some measure of "experience" and are nearing a new "level" of abilities, and felt that additional violence would give you just enough "experience" to reach this new "level." Also, LOOTY LOOT LOOT LOOT, SWEET FILTHY LUCRE AND ANCIENT TREASURES OF MYSTERY AND WONDER.

Funny feeling, isn't it? :D

Ah. So we're trying to kill all the Cornithians?
(Yes I spelled that incorrectly.)

Well, the official job is to stop the ritual preventing necromancy. It just so happens that violence is the best way of achieving that goal, although there's other options. There's fewer options than there were before, and out of those, violence is probably up y'alls alley the most. And everyone's favorite amoral dead guy could use a corpse, too.

All you have to do with the Shin-priests is to reduce them to 0 HP, or do "non-lethal" damage that gets them below it, apply a memory scroll which you have, and then... I dunno, rob them blind or draw cocks on their forehead or something. Knowing your party, probably both.

Just robbing them blind will do for me.

Given the whole shenanigans you pulled off, I can let not pranking unconscious people totally slide. :P

Sort of a hollow victory to screw with KO'd folks after you pulled off a legendary prank.

Yeah.

Maybe I'll arrange them in amusing positions if they don't kick the shite out of us.

Sorry for double post, but anyone feel free to offer me advice on tactics and I'll edit my post to reflect it.

How much health do the priests, on average, have? I'd like to shoot a bunch of tier 7 spells at them, but I'm afraid I might kill one of the Shin priests.

Yeah, an initial barrage might work. I paired Morgrod with the Shin priests because the Coranthiites are basically paladinpriests, so that might not go over so well against an undead, and Tarana because duelists are best against single targets (and OOC because of the dream thing. Myrln doesn't know, though; its a tactics thing.)
