Let me see. It's not a huge army. Only about six thousand, many of whom are non combatants.

Effective HP of the army is...  uh,  thirty eight and a half thousand. If you want to destroy the army completely in the five minutes, you need to do approximately 256 damage per round. Each. Good luck with that.

Is 'your personal energy' a form of power, or is it just your will? Am I bolstering the native spirit power in the water with my own power, (throwing another weave of linen onto the pants/adding rurail-sugar to the sugar water), or am I using my energy to combine (multiple) ambient power sources, (like stitching together several pieces of spirit-cloth with rurail-energy as thread/using rurail-energy to sieve out other sugar and add it to the sugar water)?

The former means some liquids would be able to hold more 'charge' and preserve the 1:1 ratio. The latter means this.
Or both could be possible.
