With diseases and mutations and such. Imagine a themed party of "Grow your own clothes from assorted deadly fungi" where people communicate by waging biological/chemical warfare and emitting assorted fluids.

Either way, you guys are heading to the vault. Choices include up to 7.5k each or a number of items less than or equal to +5; assume 1.5k = +1. There are two secrets in the vault, and aside from the hint I dropped above, you have to discover it for yourself (as in, spot check and performing actions on things.

Defense item or utility for me; boss fights have some bullshit and you're gonna use special attacks anyway, so a fancy new weapon isn't as useful. /opinion

So let's see. We have a bard with two perception abilities, an angelborn with perception abilities plus ludicrous stats, a fishkin with specialties in dungeons, ruins, and vaults, and an earth elemental who can tell what a sword is made from by the sound it makes when it hits something.

Edit: I also hapoen to wonder how close we are to leveling up. Considering we haven't really done anything besides watch Thales drop an ass-whoop bomb on himself(catching the elf in the blast), I doubt it's very near.

He did also almost get one shot. Great stats seem to be more of a buffer/edge than a full blown assurance.

Also, lack of ability to do anything tomorrow or over the weekends. My idea is currently to rig up as much anti-magic/magic resistant gear for Jewel when it comes to the Vault, or lacking that, heaviest armor found +5. Because stone and metal go so well together, really. If the vault is made of stone though, I don't doubt Jewel will have an opportunity to work his stonesmithing/craftsman's ability more.

It's the subtle difference in knowing that there's an empty section of wall, and an empty section of wall where the grain of the stone don't quite match in one spot.

Nah, he's part of a duo. On that note, I'm curious when his sister is gonna blindside us. The duo we were probably meant to take out as a group, but as is, with her most likely being this guy's opposite (he's sword and magic, she's magic and sword), she'll probably be easier to take out should we close the distance.
